Montgomery is a homeschooled kid living in rural Ohio who loves the piano. He practices every day and has gone over 6 years without missing a day. He dreams of owning a harpsichord and other period keyboard instruments. He loves music from all eras and can't pick a favorite composer. When he isn’t practicing, Montgomery flies his R.C. plane, rides his bike way too fast, enjoys programming various robots, plays with the family’s three dogs, reads lots of books, and spends time with friends.

Montgomery studies with Dr. Laura Melton at Bowling Green State University. He is also the choir pianist at Good Hope Lutheran Church in Arlington, Ohio and the NCOH Homeschool Choir.
